Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions

24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel a lesson. Less than this, unless there are extenuating* circumstances, will result in the full lesson fee being charged. When 24 hours or more notice is given or there are extenuating circumstances, the lesson will be rearranged at a future date.

Please note that our golf lessons have certain time limitations for completion. For the 3 x hour lessons package, it is required that the three lessons be taken within a three month period. For the 6 x hour lessons package, it is required that the six lessons be taken within a six month period. And for the 12 x hour lessons package, it is required that the twelve lessons be taken within a twelve month period. This time constraint is set in place to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your golf lessons and have ample time to practice and implement what you have learned. We encourage you to schedule your lessons in a timely manner to make the most of your investment in your golf game. Failure to complete your lessons within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of unused lessons.
