The Golf Yoga Method
Combining golf swing biomechanics with yoga based movements, Hellen’s sessions focus on improving flexibility, balance, focus and core activation to help golfers move more freely, generate more power and enjoy the game for longer.
Hellen works with golfers of all abilities and regularly delivers Golf Yoga sessions at golf clubs, as well as one-to-one sessions, workshops, online programmes and retreats. She has worked with golfers at clubs including East Sussex National, a championship golf club, and has delivered Golf Yoga sessions for the Sussex County Ladies Golf Association. Her approach helps golfers feel more comfortable in their bodies, build confidence in their swing and ultimately enjoy their golf for longer.
